They were beyond flexible in the planning and budget. TeamBuilding ROI serves teams across California, including the San Francisco Bay Area (San Jose, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Pleasanton, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Napa Valley), plus Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. We are headquartered in Santa Clara in the heart of Silicon Valley, with a second office in Fullerton serving Southern California. We also travel nationwide for retreats and offsites.

How many people can a team building event include?

We run events for groups from 6 to 6,000. Most programs scale to any headcount, so tell us your group size and we will design the event accordingly.

Can you run team building events at our office, or do we need a venue?

Both. Many of our programs, including Game Show Round Up, Robot Rally, Mobile Escape Room, and 60 Seconds to Success, run great in conference rooms and open workspaces. For larger or outdoor events, we work with parks and venues across California, or we come to a retreat location of your choice.

How much does corporate team building cost?

Pricing depends on program, group size, location, and date. Most events include a base fee plus a per-person rate, with per-person rates typically ranging from $50 to $125 depending on the program. Contact us for a custom quote, and we will respond within one business day.

How far in advance should we book a team building event?

For most weekday events, 4 to 6 weeks is comfortable. Peak seasons like December holiday parties and summer retreats fill up 8 to 12 weeks out. If we have Hosts and staff available, we can often accommodate last minute bookings within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the program.

Do you offer virtual or hybrid team building?

Yes. We run virtual programs including treasure hunts, mysteries, game shows, and code cracking challenges, plus hybrid setups where remote employees join alongside on-site teams.
