The TeamBuilding ROI Charity Bike Build process

What makes the TeamBuilding ROI Charity Bike Build challenge unique is the flow of the event and the process of collecting your parts. You start with just a frame and tools. Then, head to the challenge stations to win your parts.

You can start building at any time, but plan accordingly. New challenges will open up through the event for your team to secure their next parts. Everyone participates in all challenges and everyone helps build the bike. Sometimes, it takes two teammates to hold the bike while another attaches the neck or tires. Enduring there is always something for everyone to do.

Different skill sets come into play at different challenges. Some challenges are more cerebral, and some are semi-physical. Making the different skill sets of all of your teammates paramount. All teammates will shine during the challenges, making this a full participation event!

Let’s give away some bikes!

The thrill of giving the bikes away at the Orange County Charity Bike Build is unmatched! You worked hard on these bikes, and now a child will receive your completed project. The joy of knowing your effort helps a child is incredible.

You get to choose the Southern California Charity that will receive your teams bikes! TeamBuilding ROI can help you with a list of local charities. Or, if you have one in mind, we will arrange for that charity to be at the event if possible. Looking for another way to give back? Check out our charity mini golf team building activity — another fantastic option for teams who want to combine fun and philanthropy. If not, we will make sure that charity will receive all of the bikes after the event. In the spirit of community giving, TeamBuilding ROI also organizes donation events for families of the Southern California fires — a meaningful way for corporate teams to direct their charitable energy toward local families in urgent need. We can drop them off, or arrange a pickup from our Orange County office. So either way, your charity of choice is the big winner of this special event.

The charity will do a full diagnostic on your bike to fix any misses. They understand you are not a bike factory, but truly appreciate your donation. If anything is loose or missing, they will fix it. Every child deserves a bike to get to school or explore the neighborhood. Your hard work at this event will make a big difference in their lives. It’s an exciting and rewarding experience for everyone involved!
