We’ll kick off with a harmonious consultation to explore your team’s vibe, goals, and musical preferences. Looking for musical team building ideas? We’ll design a Make A Musician Challenge that blends vocal exercises, instrumental workshops, and songwriting—perfect for unleashing your team’s inner rockstars in an office band challenge!
🎸 Step 2. Tailored Event Planning: Composing Your Musical Journey!
Our expert planners will craft a corporate music event tailored to your crew, featuring custom challenges across genres like Rock, Pop, Jazz, Country, and Blues. In 90-120 minutes, for 6 to 2000 guests indoors or outdoors, teams of 4-10 will create their own band complete with lyrics, riffs, and a signature sound.
🎹 Step 3. Pre-Event Coordination: Setting the Stage for Harmony!
We’ll fine-tune the details—pairing your charismatic TBROI Host with Professional Musician Facilitators (1 per 20-30 participants), prepping instruments (guitars, keyboards, drums), lyric sheets, and music scores. It’s all set for a low-activity, high-creativity team building music challenge that hits all the right notes.
🎤 Step 4. Event Execution: Time to Perform!
On the big day, our maestro Host and Facilitators will lead your teams through a rhythmic icebreaker (Band Badge method for 80+!) to form bands, followed by hands-on Musical Mastery Challenges—vocal warm-ups, instrumental riffs, and lyric-writing labs. Your office band challenge crescendos with a live performance, earning medals for the top 3 bands (75+ attendees)!
🏆 Step 5. Post-Event Follow-Up: Celebrating Your Musical Triumph!
After the final chord, we’ll share highlights, feedback, and recordings of your team’s musical magic. You’ll leave with tighter bonds, creative bragging rights, and a symphony of memories from this corporate music event—proof your crew composed a masterpiece in the Make A Musician Challenge!
