Tailored Event Planning: Crafting Your Culinary Masterpiece!
Our expert planners will design a custom experience filled with culinary corporate fun, blending 5 engaging challenges into a 90-120-minute event (plus a 1-hour catered meal!). For 6 to 2000 guests, indoors or outdoors, with teams of 6-10, we’ll set the stage for each group to create their own food truck restaurant—complete with signature dishes and décor.
Pre-Event Coordination: Prepping the Kitchen!
We’ll handle the details—assigning your TBROI Host and Facilitators (1 per 20-30 guests), prepping kitchenettes, décor packs, and marketing tools like Glow Boards. With cooking team building ideas at the core, we’ll ensure everything’s ready for a low-activity, high-flavor competition that ends with a grand pitch to “investors.”
Event Execution: Time to Serve It Up!
On the big day, our lively Host and Facilitators will lead your teams through a flavorful kickoff—starting with an icebreaker (Wrist Band strategy for 80+!) and a catered meal from your personal food truck chef. Then, it’s game on: compete in 5 challenges to win ingredients and supplies, build your pop-up restaurant, and plate your masterpiece for the judges in a master chef team building showdown!
Post-Event Follow-Up: Celebrating Your Culinary Victory!
After the plates are cleared, we’ll share highlights, feedback, and the results of the angel investor pitch—where Facilitators turn into investors eyeing the best restaurant concept! You’ll leave with stronger bonds, tasty memories, and medals for the top 3 teams (75+ attendees), proving your crew mastered this culinary corporate fun event!
