Holiday Team Building for Bay Area & Southern California Teams

Holiday team building season fills up fast. The good December dates in the Bay Area and Southern California are usually gone by early November, so this is the month to lock yours in.
TeamBuilding ROI brings the party to your office, venue, or offsite: a holiday game show, a gingerbread house build, a food truck challenge, or a give back event where your team builds bikes or packs backpacks for kids who need them. Every event is all inclusive and run by our hosts, so you show up and enjoy it. Groups from 6 to 6,000.

Pedals of Joy: The Charity Bike Build Challenge

Teams race through holiday challenges to earn parts and tools, then assemble a real bike from scratch with a mechanic elf standing by. When the last wheel is on, the bikes go to children who would not otherwise get one this season.

We coordinate the donation with our charity partner and send donation receipt instructions for your tax deduction. All you bring is your team.

90 to 120 minutes. Indoor or outdoor. One bike per team of 4 to 8.

'Can' You Build It: Charity Mini Golf

Each team gets a plot, a putter, and a pile of canned goods, then designs a mini golf hole worthy of a holiday tournament. Once the course is built, everyone plays it. Bragging rights for the best hole, and every can goes to a local food bank the next day.

It works in a conference room, a warehouse, or a hotel ballroom, and it is the easiest give back event to add to an existing holiday party.

Gingerbread Bash

Every team gets a kit, then earns extra candy and decorations through mini challenges before the build. Judged on creativity, structure, and how hard the room laughs. Perfect for a happy hour or holiday lunch.

Jingle Bites: Food Truck Challenge

Teams invent, cook, and pitch a holiday food truck concept, then serve it to a panel of judges. Hands on, delicious, and a natural fit if your holiday party already includes dinner.

Holiday Harvest: Charity Mini Golf

Teams design and build a mini golf hole out of canned goods, then play the course. Every can goes to a local food bank after the event. Indoor friendly and works in a conference room.
